General

  • Star Travel reserves the right to change, amend or revise the terms and conditions without notice. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Payment

  • Full payment is required on day of travel either by cash or cheque.
  • All major/credit cards are accepted through paypal. No paypal account
    required for this method of payment. (£5 charge for using your card).
  • BACS Payment Accepted
  • Any variations to the original booking that involves extra time or mileage may
    be subject to additional charges.
Cancellation policy
  • If customer cancels trip with less than 6 hours to go before journey, full payment would be required for one way.

Passenger Behaviour

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times and children must sit in appropriate child seats supplied by Star Travel or as agreed at time of booking Customers own seats.
  • Star Travel reserves the right to refuse transportation of passengers if the driver considers them unfit to travel.
  • Star Travel will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse to either driver and if this does happen we will report the incident to the police.
  • Star Travel reserves the right to terminate your journey at any time for unreasonable behaviour by any of the passengers.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the car by law
  • Food and drink may be consumed at the discretion off the driver
  • The person making the booking is considered to be responsible for the conduct of all passengers and liable for any damage caused by them to the interior or exterior of the vehicle as a consequence of their behaviour.
  • Valet charges of £80 will be billed to the client in the event of spillage or vomit.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Star Travel accepts no responsibility for missed or late flights/ships due to mechanical failure of vehicles, weather conditions, roadworks, and diversions. We do have AA Road Recovery for both cars and this would be used if needed.
  • If for any reason we are unable to carryout you're booking we would let you know as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made.
  • If payment had been made prior to travel a full refund would be given.
  • Star Travel is not responsible for loss or damage of luggage or personal items.
